The Village Doula Mentorship
A doula since 2018, Stephany Martinez has attended close to 300 births throughout the metro and in all environments; Home Births, Birth Centers, and Hospitals. She is now welcoming new and aspiring doulas to come alongside her to learn, first hand and in real time, what it takes to support families of the community through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

The Pathway
Mentorship Offerings
The Village Doula Mentorship is a 4-6 month program designed to give a first hand view of the doula role.
During your mentorship you can expect the following:

1-1 Mentoring sessions

Business Development Coaching & Materials
-
Doula Identity & Philosophy Development
-
Shadowing Prenatal Meetings, Postpartum meetings, and Classes

Attending births within the community: Hospital, Birth Center, and Home Birth

Opportunities to work with clients as a primary doula with mentor shadowing
-
Foster relationships within the birth community and networking opportunities
Mentee's will invest $150 per month for up to 6 months. Total investment will range from $600 - $900
